We are proud to celebrate our 4th Establishment Day by reflecting on a journey marked by impactful milestones in skill development, safety, and sustainability. Over the past four years, we have developed and approved NSQF-aligned qualifications and micro-credentials, launched successful pilot training programs, and strengthened the training ecosystem through extensive TOT, TOA, TOMT, and TOMA initiatives. With a strong base of Master Trainers and Assessors, diverse job roles rolled out, and a focus on hands-on, industry-relevant learning, our efforts continue to drive employability and workforce readiness across sectors. This journey belongs to everyone who has been part of it — past, present, and future.
